Scheduled Electrical Trade’s Aptitude testing. I.B.E.W. Local 117 J.A.T.C. will be testing scheduled and eligible applicants to determine their eligibility for interview for acceptance into I.B.E.W. Local 117. The testing will take place at 765 Munshaw Lane, Crystal Lake, IL 60014.
